Orientation

Select the days and shifttimes that staff is normally available to lead an orientation for a new IntelyPro. Exceptions for this can be made when requesting a shift to account for day to day scheduling changes.

Overtime

IntelyPros who are nearing overtime will be able to see and pick up your shift. Your facility will be charged an additional fee per hour that the IntelyPro goes into overtime.

Overtime Billing Rate +50% per hour in overtime

Your facility will only be charged the overtime billing rate in the hours that the IntelyPro goes into overtime.

Understanding Billing

Pending Review

The Requires Approval section shows those shifts that were not initally entered in real-time on-time. The status of "Revised" indicates the shift check in/out times have been revised by IntelyCare.

Statuses:

Revised - indicates the shift has been revised by the IntelyPro and is awaiting your approval.

The Pending IntelyCare Review section shows those shifts that require no action from you at this time.

Statuses:

Under Review - indicates the shift is being reviewed by the IntelyCare team.

Flagged - indicates the shift has been disputed by a member of your team.

Care Week

The Care Week view shows those shifts that either will be or have already been billed.

Shifts are separated into weeks by Care Date. If there is no Invoice number it means the shift has not yet been billed.

Statuses:

Approved - indicates the shift has been explicitly approved for billing by a member of your team.

Entered - indicates the shift was entered in real-time on-time with accompanying signatures.

Billed - indicates the shift has been, or is in the process of being, billed.

Last Minute Cancellation - indicates the shift was cancelled shortly before the scheduled start time.
